Eugene Chung, MD

Dr. Chung is a dedicated pediatrician based in Northern Virginia, where he has been providing exceptional care to children for over 17 years. After completing his Pediatric residency and Chief residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, he relocated to the area and has since held key positions in pediatric emergency departments at INOVA Loudoun Hospital and Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, also serving as Medical Director at a local pediatric urgent care. Passionate about delivering outstanding care to children and families, Dr. Chung is committed to their overall well-being.



He enjoys fishing, golfing, skiing and traveling with his wife and two daughters.

Victoria Pierce, BSN, RN

Victoria Pierce, BSN, RN. Proud Virginia native with a degree from Charleston Southern University (2017). She has a background in Pediatrics and Women’s Health, with a focus on Pediatrics. Her passion is evident as she has experience in Pediatric inpatient, Pediatric ER and Pediatric Urgent Care settings. She is a dedicated mother of three who enjoys coffee, baking, being in nature, reading, and making memories with her family.

Kris Presgrave, BSN, RN

Born and raised in Loudoun County, Kris graduated from Loudoun Valley High School when it was one of only four high schools in the area. After high school, Kris attended and graduated from Shepherd College with an Associate Degree in Nursing as well as from the Medical College of Virginia (MCV) with a BSN. She started her nursing career 37 years ago at MCV working in adult and pediatric medicine. Kris moved back to Loudoun County to marry and start a family. She has worked in the Inova Children’s ER and Pediatric Urgent Care. When Kris is not working, she enjoys designing and redesigning her home, reading, spending time with family and friends as well as visiting with her son at college.

Noelle Franzen, BSN, RN

Noelle Franzen, BSN, RN, brings nearly three decades of pediatric nursing experience to ABC Pediatric Urgent Care. Throughout her 29-year career, she has cared for children in a variety of settings, including as a travel nurse, in inpatient pediatrics and neonatal intensive care units (NICU), and in pediatric emergency departments and urgent care. Her extensive background reflects her passion for providing compassionate, expert care to children and their families. Outside of work, Noelle enjoys photography, exploring nature, traveling, and cooking.

Jackie Brown, MSN, PNP

Jackie Brown is a Board-Certified Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She originally worked as a Registered Nurse, which includes extensive experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of INOVA Children's Hospital. Subsequently, as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in support of patients at the Pediatric Concussion Clinic. Jackie has been working with Dr. Chung in Pediatric Urgent Care since 2021.

Jackie received her Acute Care PNP, Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of California, San Francisco.

During her free time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children. She is also an avid reader, hiker/runner, and outdoor enthusiast.

Charmaine Tuck

Charmaine Tuck is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 15+ years of experience. She has worked in various settings including the Pediatric ER at Children’s National in DC, acute care, as well as primary care settings. She is passionate about providing quality care and educating families. Outside of work, Charmaine enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new cuisines.
